Aloha, everybody! Happy angel food cake! It’s been a while since my last newsletter. Here’s why. I spent a few weeks getting ready to do a live demo on an amazing angel food cake for the San Francisco-based organization--thebakersdozensf.org—a terrific group of devoted bakers.

I've enjoyed the "products" from Greg's baking--not just one angel food cake but several! And the neighbors love them. The toasted slices of left-over cake smell like toasted marshmallows and give an excuse for more strawberries! Lucky me!
