HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYBODY! Fireworks are a big deal in this state. On New Year’s Eve, Kauai’s night skies were a feast for the eyes as colors exploded in all sorts of patterns. The mechanics of anticipating 2022 began in the late afternoon and lasted well after midnight. Booms, blasts, and oohs and ahs all blended into one grand show. Twenty twenty-two just has to be better than 2021!
Wonderful! So glad things are working out for you. We are coming to the Big Island in April, so sorry we won't get to see you since you are now living in Kaua'i.
So wonderful to read of your success in getting furnished! I love that one of your first buys was the heavy duty big stand mixer! I have a 5.7L one that I finally upgraded to. Hope the sourdough starter goes well! Guess that's something one cannot take on the airplane, darn it all. (not even 3 oz?). Where are you on Kauai? That was our first island visited back just after Hurricane Iniki, and we were based in Kekaha, the drier part of the island.
Furnishing an Apartment on Kaua'i
OOH! I want to go there! Thanks Greg!
Oh thank you, we can use some good suggestions of where to go and what to do!
